  Ordered a pen recorder and it showed it shipped out and 3 days later I received a message stating that there was a defect with the product, that they had another item "not the same" but, more expensive if I was interested or, they would issue a credit. My problem is that I needed this quickly and, after waiting 3 days thinking it was shipped only to find out it wasn't and why it left me with no time to source another. Shouldn't quality checks be done before listing an item and not after? lol
