There was an issue with USPS where they marked it as no such number and returned it to sender and in that time the seller was very awesome and sent another one out immediately. Then USPS decided to attempt to redeliver and both ended up showing up on the same day. This seller went above and beyond the norm. Very fast shipping and totally understanding.     I’d like to take the time to tell the seller thank you for taking care of an issue we had with a bad unit. It came in as a gift for Christmas and didn’t work when we opened it but I contacted them and he work with me to try and problem solve the issue and when that failed he sent a replacement unit to make sure she received a working unit and the gift she wanted for Christmas. So thank you again. Sometimes you get a lemon but it’s good to know he takes care of his customers and made it right!

    I received the toothbrush as described, packaged in a non-original box. The listing stated that the item qualifies for the manufacturer's warranty, but when I attempted to register it with Philips, the model number followed by the letter "X" was unrecognized. I contacted the seller to clarify whether the toothbrush was new or refurbished. Unfortunately, they avoided answering my question and instead told me to visit their company website without providing the link. There is lack of transparency
