This was at NO fault of the seller who was SO nice when I reached out to them. There was no problem resending it out with the apartment number added.   Dragonfly shirt was brand new as described, good quality fabric and with a really nice design! Unfortunately, it was a gift for someone else who said the fit just didn’t work for him, sadly.
