After three days with no updates, a shipping label was finally created—only to be immediately canceled and refunded two hours later, without any explanation.     Ordered a Windows 7 computer for my 80 year old Mother, hers died and Windows 11 is too hard for her. Opened package and PC turned on as Windows 11, Sent reply to Slash Tech asking for help 20 minutes after it arrived. Plus sent 2 more emails over 3 days. No reply from them at all. It looks like a great computer just not the one I ordered. Went on Ebay and hit contact seller button but when trying to connect that way it will not let you send a message.
