    The shoe was not new without box as described. It arrived with obvious wear throughout including foot bed, sole, and straps. Also one strap had been superglued. When contacted the seller insinuated the wear was by me which is completely untrue. I contacted them within 30 min of receiving the shoe. After seeing the pictures of superglue they did offer to accept a return which is why I gave positive feedback. I decided to keep the shoe as a pool/ beach shoe given the low price I paid.

    The size 12 high heels were in much better condition than the poor pictures showed, especially for large size heels. They were also packaged extremely well. The only drawback was the weather that, delayed the time in shipping, but the low shipping cost was great. Highly recommend seller, especially for us larger wearers.
