Only difference was the picture showed a think station, received a think centre. Received everything as ordered. Very easy to setup. Dealer usually answers questions within 24 hours.     I bought a laptop which doesnt have one property was in the advertise, but the communication with the customer service was fantastic, they tried to solve the problem but finally i had to change it. They make the refund the day suppose to be. I insist and bought another laptop in the same store. this time everything was fine. VERY WELL PACKAGED!! Although I stuck with what I chose, and didn’t get what I thought my son wanted (which was a ooops on me) everything was as described, brand new, packaged so well, and perfect really.     I'm very pleased with my experience getting this Thinkpad T580 from SJ Computers LLC. It was packed excellently and shipped promptly. The item was as described - other than one issue (now resolved). The only issue: one of the batteries had 12% health and wouldn't charge. The price was okay even with a dead battery so my only complaint was with the item description. It was likely an honest error and the seller was responsive in issuing a $10 refund. A used (larger capacity) battery cost me $40.
