    There customer service is great, shipping is quick, Responding to questions and problems after the sale was great. I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund.     The computer was very well packed using foam packing, it arrived in a timely manner, and as described, but they accidently sent the wrong Keyboard, & mouse combo, but when contacted they made it right, Good seller would buy from again if needed Thank you so very much!!

Only difference was the picture showed a think station, received a think centre. Received everything as ordered. Very easy to setup. Dealer usually answers questions within 24 hours.     I bought a laptop which doesnt have one property was in the advertise, but the communication with the customer service was fantastic, they tried to solve the problem but finally i had to change it. They make the refund the day suppose to be. I insist and bought another laptop in the same store. this time everything was fine. VERY WELL PACKAGED!!
