    Beautiful dress but not new (despite tag) as listed. Has multiple deodorant stains. Was placed in a very thin plastic bag with no inner protective covering whatsoever. Package was damaged considerably during shipping. A $130.00 dress should've been wrapped & boxed properly and the $8.50 shipping fee was more than enough to do so. Extremely disappointed in this transaction.

    I see you left negative FB for the same damaged package issue with another seller. I wish you would have reached out to me so I knew of a problem. It sounds like an issue with the post office and I would have been more than accommodating. I use the eBay sponsored poly mailers any try my best to be environmentally friendly.
