  REFUNDED DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Post sale customer service excellent. Prompt replies. Shipping and dispatch terrible. Item arrived crushed, bent out of shape and with broken fibres. Photos attached are after some manual reshaping. Item not sent via Auspost as listed. Instead by courier with minimal tracking and delays, item appeared AWOL for days. Post label created same day to fake fast dispatch but tracking showed not actually sent for two more days. Will not be returning to this seller..
