The 48hr Tracked delivery resulted in the package being opened and the contents removed. Royal Mail then delivered the empty packaging declaring it 'Delivered' in an outer envelope apologising for any damage. The seller gets a positive response but Royal Mail were very poor in allowing the items to be 'lost' and sending me an empty bag.
