The batteries just float in the compartment. I asked for help from the vendor and they simply said there was no problem because they hadn’t had a problem before, which is ridiculous. Photos are included, where the problem is clearly visible. These units are built by degreed engineers and the issue mentioned has NEVER happened in 7 years of selling this item. If there was issue with device why wouldn't you ask for a replacement or send it back to be repaired? Instead the buyer asked for a refund which makes it seem he modified device to get a refund on item he knows we cannot accept for return.
