  Ford tried to charge me close to 3k for parts and labor. After doing some research and finding a YouTube video I decided to try to fix it myself. The whole process took 30 min and was super simple. The seller had great communication and answered all of my questions prior to purchasing. Shipping was quick and he even included the plastic trim removal parts you need to remove the dash to get to the screen so no need to purchase them separately like I did. Overall 10/10.
