  First order with seller, first order for product. Ordered x2 Bin Buddy citrus/citronella as advertised. Incorrect order arrived in battered box. Queried with seller, apparently citrus/citronella had been discontinued, why wasn't I advised. I wanted citrus/citronella. Seller still advertising it a week later. Suggested to seller a discount for wrong order. He said I could return for refund. Why should I have the hassle of finding new box, wrapping, organising return and taking it to Post Office.

  Very happy with this purchase, they works very well. For me they don't have that artificial scent that many vac deodorising sachets have.
