    The seller was very responsive, polite, and went way above and beyond to rectify a couple issues I had with the product that were out of their control. Once shipped, the shoes arrived very quickly and were in perfect condition, just not what I expected. The seller worked with me and seriously went way above and beyond to help me out. High quality experience, and although the shoes were different than I expected (my own fault for not looking more closely) I would not hesitate to buy again!

    Two pairs of shoes were ordered (same tracking number) and only one pair was received in the box. I contacted the Seller multiple times to explain the item was not received and they did not respond aside from offering to except a return. How can I return an item I didn’t receive ? I’ve been with EBay for over 20 years and never experienced this before from a seller. EBay customer service was able to help.

    The Buyer was issued a refund for the order. I am happy the buyer was able to give me a chance to make this a positive experience. I sincerely apologize if this wasn't a 100% positive experience.. Once again, the buyer was given a full refund
