According to FedEx tracking, the package was delivered 100 miles from where I live, and when I tried to file a case with FedEx, they said the address on the package and my mailing address did not match. The tracking number was attached to my purchase, so I am not sure what happened. Strange...

    never arrived. fedex left at wrong front door. The GREAT EBAY issued credit for purchase the next day.EBAY HAS IT ALL TOGETHER AND IS FOR BOTH THE SELLER AND BUYER. It is impossible to get FEDEX on live phone or even by email.

    The package got sent to the wrong address and I never got to retrieve it from fedex. But the seller was very responsive and refunded me the amount without any questions. So the 5 star is for the seller’s resposiveness.

    I placed an order with this store and within a day the package was in the mail. The package was delivered according to FedEx, but not to my address. My ring camera saw no delivery that day. I went around to my neighbors and no one had the package. I contacted the seller and their first thing was "must've sent to the wrong address. do you want a refund?" Then I looked at all the reviews saying wrong address. Stop giving 5 stars to sellers that habitually send packages to wrong addresses. 0 stars.
