Post office smashed a corner of the outer box, but the inner product box was protected and didn't get dinged.     The online description was misleading and I didn't know that I was buying a figurine and not a toy for my grandson's birthday. I contacted eBay, and with no explanation, eBay closed the request. I was also told it does not qualify for an appeal. Now out $179, and stuck with a useless figurine. My credit card company is pursuing this, indicating that it should be returnable. I will never buy from this seller again, or anything on eBay for that matter. What a terrible experience.
