  I had previously purchased this item from another seller in USA, but was refunded as the item broke during dispatch. Found this one which costs more but as retired rare fiqure purchased it. Seller communicated well as tracking delayed. Sadly item broken when I received it, despite being well packed, messaged seller explaining with photos that I had fixed but requested a small refund. Told by seller unable to this although they were pleased I had fixed it. Ebay international can't seem to sort!

  Item was received quite fast and wrapped good. It was missing the powder horn but that item is not necessary to complete quality of the nutcracker. Seller was kind enough to accept lower price so would deal with them in the future.
