  Vert fast shipment, as others have experienced. That was nice. The seller listed the item as new, but my bag arrived damaged. I sent photos to the seller, showing that it was not as described (discoloration and tears in the leather). He offered a refund, which was appropriate. However, I live in Canada, and the cost was too expensive to justify it. I requested a price adjustment. Seller refused, and called me an "extortionist." This was extreme, mean-spirited, and unjustified.

  brand new, zero flaw, sent the bag to the USA address, and he doesn't want to return the pictures he sent, which don't match with my bag, which I sent, and making a partial refund sham is him self asking the teacher
