    I was looking forward to receive the dcs578. It came exactly as described. It Angles forward and side ways to enable angled cuts. I love sellers that i do not have to contact. So, kudos on that, SignificantServices. This is great value for the price - even including the shipping! It came brand new - original packaging.     The price was good! Communication with the seller is terrible, takes forever to get a response and even then there is no real sense of a conversation. I believe they are using AI to handle the messaging. Was supposed to come with a XC 5.0ah battery as pictured but instead came with a XC 3.0ah battery. Asked for a partial refund for the price difference in batteries and received it. Never received an apology for sending the wrong stuff in the first place.
