Not only did they calibrate the scale ahead of time and send verification photos for peace of mind, but the care they took in shipping this product was next level! Every piece was wrapped with care and packaged in such a way that it would have been very difficult for any item to arrive broken. The item is as described and it was at a great price point as well.
