    My item actually got delivered to the wrong address due to a fault of the logistics/shipping company. (UPS for some reason had a mistake in the delivery address, even though the seller entered the correct one on the label.) The seller was very responsive, and kind enough to issue a full refund! definitely recommend buying from them :)

    Even though I unfortunately didn't get my order, due to the mail being delivered to the wrong address and city, the seller went out of their way to help me try and get it, but unfortunately they couldn't, and I give the seller a 100% rating, they were very communicative with me through the process, and I got a refund, and I definitely will continue to order from them, seller is courteous and professional conducting business and did a great job trying to solve the problem

    Shipping was actually pretty quick I'd say within 3 days I had it from when I ordered it I was shocked because I didn't even have a tracking number or anything that it was even shipped yet and it was at my door. My cats didn't even wait until I got it put together before they were jumping all over it they absolutely love it. It arrived in perfect condition no damage to the packaging quality is good value is good.
