  This red beret arrived from Amazon with a gift receipt. I was confused because I ordered it from eBay. This eBay shop does not accept returns. I used the Amazon gift receipt to return the beret because the red was the wrong color red. I dropped it off at an Amazon drop-off. Amazon is not giving me a full refund. To me, an eBay seller who buys items on Amazon to sell at a higher price is a fraud. I do not recommend buying from this shop. eBay should not permit such deception on its site.
