    Very poor seller, no communication, ignored all messages. Wasn't sent as tracked 48 as advertised. Item should have arrived in 3 days it took double that. They didn't provide any tracking information until the day after the item arrived. Definitely wouldn't recommend using them

    Ordered shower head and hose. Only hose arrived. Seller was grumpy when I got in touch even though I blamed the delivery company as there was a slit in the flimsy packet but after dealing with seller I’m wondering if the shower head was even sent. The seller apparently sent out another on Tuesday morning but sent me a tracking number of a pre paid label , the item didn’t get to Royal Mail. I got a refund because I involved EBay but what a waste of time.
