    Advertised a new part. A used part was delivered. Promised me a 30 dollar refund and to source a part that would work. After waiting the part was not found and despite agreeing to refund the full amount thereafter if the part could not be found only a partial refund was done. The 30 dollar refund which was always separate and apart was now untruthfully added as part of the refund. There was communication and clear questions and answers. Why does a seller lie to its customers like this? Ebay help

As discussed, a $30 courtesy refund was issued while we attempted to locate the correct replacement part for you. When that part was ultimately unavailable, we followed through with a full refund for the original transaction—including covering the cost of return shipping. The $30 was not a separate refund but part of the total refund amount, as previously communicated.

    Item was fine. Did not fix my TV which turned out to have a bad screen. I paid more money to purchase from this seller because they have a free return policy. I paid return shipping for the item and they still tried to reduce my refund by about 50% for initial shipping (free) and eBay fees. I had to open an eBay case and when I did, they immediately refunded the remainder .
