  Terrible experience! I ordered a trunk mat, but what I received was completely different from the pictures in the listing. I immediately requested a return and refund, sent the item back, and the seller received it. However, I accidentally closed the return case, and after that, the seller completely ignored my messages and refused to issue a refund. I had to contact eBay customer service to finally get my money back. I almost lost both the item and my money! Avoid this seller at all costs.

  I received my winch the box and the winch itself was damaged… now i have to pay for a $700 damaged winch and the parts to replace that were damaged! Tried resolving this but was ignored! All i asked in return was a partial refund for the amount it was gonna cost me to fix it but just got a refusal… terrible!
