    Terrible experience! I ordered a trunk mat, but what I received was completely different from the pictures in the listing. I immediately requested a return and refund, sent the item back, and the seller received it. However, I accidentally closed the return case, and after that, the seller completely ignored my messages and refused to issue a refund. I had to contact eBay customer service to finally get my money back. I almost lost both the item and my money! Avoid this seller at all costs.

    This item was advertised as new and it's not. There are wear and tear conducive with it being used. I was sent no batteries either. The seller was contacted twice in a week but failed to respond. I've not tried to see if it even works. You decide if dealing this seller or not is good for you.
