  It arrived Plastic shrink-wrapped and shipped via DHS according to tracking. Received multiple messages regarding the shipping so that I knew the book's whereabouts. The book is in good condition with only minor bends on the outer paperback cover from the shipment process and the fact that the outer shipment bag was thin. The shrink wrap did give some protection, had it not had this it would have incurred more damage for sure. Great value compared to other vendors and stores. Thanks 👍🏻

  The book came exactly as promised. It was brand new and wrapped. The price was extremely reasonable. The is pristine with no damage. The book looks great. The seller mailed the book within 24 hours. The quality of the book is what I expected. What more can I say except to say I would buy again from this seller. I heard the audio amd decided I wanted my own written copy of the book. I would give the author five stars and the seller five stars.

  Good communication. After several emails, seller kindly offered a full refund for book purchased which arrived w/enough cover damage that I requested a return. "The Fabric of Our Souls" by KM Moronova is a knock-off as expected w/slightly larger dimensions and no chapter art, but it was cheaper than trying to buy an OOP original in this cover. Seller ships in only thin poly bags which don't protect books in transit to U.S. Some bubble wrap would have helped prevent damage during shipment.
