  I never received the item. Item still says paid. Never got shipped out and currently still awaiting my refund payment that I have yet to receive. Been waiting for roughly about a week now. I do not recommend any one to purchase from this seller. If you do by all means you will not receive anything.

  Never received the item. I messaged two days after purchase to ask for postage they replied quite friendly saying they will post it next day. A few days later no tracking and I sent a few messages asking them nicely for tracking. No response. Not a great experience.

  I am very disappointed in the seller. I have always left excellent reviews for people. I purchase a lot of items on eBay and this is the worst experience I've had. I had to wait for it to get to me. My ice box had went out in the meantime I had to buy a new one. I told them that I could provide them proof. I bought a water filter. I had never even opened up the package and they declined my return. I will not buy from the seller again and I do not recommend them.

  Unfortunately, this buyer had buyers remorse and was upset they could not return the item. My policy states I do not accept returns, so I'm not sure how this can be the worst experience she's ever had. Thank You
