  Although the color of the item had to be changed by the seller at the last minute, due to stock issues, the insulated containers and case work well - I had been torn between the two color choices so it didn’t matter much to me to change it. It arrived well packaged and works great. Seller did communicate the change to me immediately.

  Absolutely horrible trans action. Box came opened. Parts were missing the parts that were there were there were all damaged. Contacted seller and they kept asking me the same questions over and over absolutely not trying to help me whatsoever. They even wanted me to go by the parts myself somewhere else and they would reimburse me part of the money. Horrible way to do business. It’s missing a switch. It’s listing two of the plastic tubes and all the mounting brackets were bent. box is dented
