  I have tried to order these boots twice. The first time it showed they were ready to ship but didn’t. Seller answered after contacts that they must have been lost. Refunded. I wanted the boots and saw they were still listed as available in my size so I attempted to order them again. Payment was received by seller, shipping label was created. Again they didn’t show shipped. Multiple contacts were attempted without luck. Suddenly there was a refund with no explanation from seller. AVOID!

  Seller was Great, received item quick and handled my return with no issues! I had to return the shoes because they actually were more of a cream colored and not white like the description/pics. Its hard to tell what the colors of any item will look like in person because everyone has different displays with different settings. For Example: The color you see on your cell phone VS the color you see on your computer screen can be slightly different when viewing the same picture/item.
