  Item: Xbox elite series 2 controller. Condition: refurbished. Arrived on time, no issues with delivery. MANY thanks to the seller for offering UPS as an option, since the USPS can't be trusted 99% of the time. Item was listed as and sold as refurbished, but looking at it, and using it, there's no evidence of it being refurbished; by which I mean that it looks, feels and performs just like a brand new controller, no issues whatsoever. Absolutely outstanding price. 10/10 recommend this seller.

  Seller forgot to include the two little wires at the top which I needed, and upon contacting them about it, they shipped them out to me quickly. I also ended up having trouble with one of the joysticks, and they gave me some tips about fixing it and offered to replace the whole board if it continued. I did manage to fix the sticks by adjusting the screws, but I really appreciated their knowledge and willingness to make sure I got what I needed from this purchase.

  Perfect quality and easy to contact with questions would absolutely recommend to any that needs these type products and items for there uses at home. Condition is perfect value being the worthy beyond that of most. The appearance is perfect as well. He was able to answer with the questions I asked and shipping was expected on a later date I got it 4 days earlier. Overall very satisfied with the sale 100% like I said he is able to reply pretty quick to questions so ask if you need more detail.

  Pretty much like new controller it looks like. No major issues and quick shipping. Controller looks and feels new. No sanding or major fixes or changes to outside of controller.   Juggernaut is doing it right - with support and help with questions about fixing your controller. I wish every Ebay seller did it this well! Board was very clean and worked perfectly. Well-packaged and shipped promptly. He even remembered that I needed no sticks on the board, and the holes were perfect! 10/10.
