  The popcorn popper arrived in a timely manner. The box was banged up and clearly damaged. The popcorn popper was broken, two large pieces were broken out. I reached out to the seller with the photos and explanation. They said the would need more proof. I replied that you can clearly see all the damage, especially if you zoom in. The seller did not reply. What is my next step?
