I clean out Apartments in Sunny Miami Beach, Florida when people move out. Most of the items on my site are from things left in the apartments some things brand New With Tags, New No Tags , Preowned New condition,and preowned in very good to good condition. All of my preowned Shoes are cleaned by hand with a brush and Dawn dish soap to provide the cleanest preowned shoes possible. Insoles are removed and cleaned and if to worn or dirty replaced with ones of better condition as well as shoelaces. Shoes are air dried. When listing items I try to point out defects ,holes, stains, etc, but I am not perfect and occassionally may miss something, but I do my best to be transparent. Preowned clothing is washed in washing machine. I provide very fast shipping, and try to have a 1 day turnover if the US postal service doesn't mess up, or holidays cause delays.
