We are brick and mortar stores in the Chicago area. If you would like your order to be double boxed or in other words the shoe's box within a cardboard box then you must request it in your order. Otherwise we ship everything using poly mailer bags. We ship using both USPS Priority Mail / Ground Advantage services or UPS Ground service at our discretion. We simply list everything using USPS services since its required to accept P.O. Box orders or orders to U.S. protectorates.

    It was good to find my favorite brand new discontinued Nike kicks for a very FAIR price with fast shipping. Good thing they were not glass slippers...the post office beat the heck out of the shipping package - which is absolutely no reflection on the seller. I couldn't not comment on the USPS, this is the 3rd package in a row late and mutilated. AGAIN - THE SELLER IS GREAT!

    Thanks for compliments. As for the condition of the package I understand those poly mailer bags get beat up from time to time because of how rough they get handled by carriers and sorting machines. Just for future reference we do offer free double boxed shipments to anyone that requests it by adding a note to their order.
