    Shipped fast. This item was packaged better than anything else I've ever bought. The electronic equipment was in a static guard bag and then wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured in a cardboard box. It was exactly as described and th photos with the ad were accurate and gave multiple views. I got think it was fairly priced and I would do business with this seller again.

    Because of shipping issues brought about because of tariff concerns movement concerning timing of information flow was nebulous, had a tendency to change and was not clear at first. After contacting the seller my item was not moving through the system as described they immediately made sure this was addressed and contacted me with a description of why this was so, and my package arrived on time.     The Lens foot was just as described and even can with the tool to change it! Packaged nicely. Very pleased with all of that. But communication wasn’t very good and shipping took longer than it should have. But for the price of the lens foot though it was worth it. Thanks for the great deal. I would definitely buy from them again.

And indeed I received the wrong model (IER-M7 instead of IER-M9), but seller responded quickly and issued a generous partial refund as requested. Mistake was handled professionally and fairly. In my case, shipping was not as slow as others made it out to be. I received the package within a timely manner (about a week). Overall positive experience, and I still have a great pair of IEM's to enjoy for a great price. Thank you!

The packaging was great and packaged securely. Everything was abs described, and a great value for limited edition Tarte. Thank you so much.
