    The price was better than most of the competitors, first of all.Shipping was quick too.The headset arrived damaged, with one ear piece being broke. I contacted the seller, and they very promptly responded and asked if a replacement would be acceptable. I still wanted the item so I said ok.They shipped another headset to me which also arrived quickly. I am very happy with this seller.They hit all the marks: price, shipping speed, and customer service. I wish all sellers were like this. Great job!

    The communication with this seller is amazing ..and the product was exactly as described and what we th thought we were ordering shipping was fast from his end, but it did get stuck with the post office so my communication with the seller was tremendous to try and locate and get this done.     It was a great deal, I've only owned it a few days so I don't really know if it's a regular or not but it seems to be in great shape the appearance is great it was brand new and and came wrapped, they offered me a three year warranty on it and I took it, the shipping was phenomenal for it as far as it came from.     Best showerhead ever. Feels like standing under a waterfall. Nice shiny appearance makes it look like I spent a fortune for it but didn't. Delivery was a little slow but not by the fault of the seller. The seller was awesome. Reached out to them about delay on shipping and they instantly solved the issue.
