  This seller went to great lengths to remedy an unfortunate situation. I received the incorrect item and upon contacting the seller we discussed resolution options and it was decided he would sent out the correct item to me and I would return the incorrect item. Once I sent the item back and he had a tracking number for the return the correct item was sent out and was received within a few days.
