  I have been in close contact with the seller to correct an item I purchased. It was the wrong colour and the smell was strong. They offered to send a new one out and recommended to leave the product in the air for a few days to improve the smell. The new product has yet to arrive, but they let me see the completed piece before shipping to make sure I was happy. The original product has been left in the air and the smell has improved.   I was actually quite surprised at the quality of this necklace. It was much nicer than I anticipated, it was exactly like the picture!   Amazing packaging with a ton of bubble wrap. The standees came safe and was easy to put together. It also arrived somewhat quickly, I expected it to take another week or two but arrived at a good time. I didn't read the description so the sized (it being smaller) did shock me but it lines up with the size stated in the description. Overall it came securely and I'm very happy with them!
