After 30 years of working for others, I am trying out on my own venture. I figure if I put the same 50-70 hours per week into my own business, then I, too, can profit. My greatest attribute is I actually DO care about the customer. Not because of the bottom line, but because I am also a consumer. I think big businesses lose sight of this when they grow. It is one thing I hold true to.
