    This seller is the most kind and generous person I have dealt with on ebay. Their crystals are beautiful as well. I would absolutely buy with them again. My items shipped right away and arrived fast, carefully packed to protect them. They combined the two items into one package to save me money.     Upon receiving my item, I could see it had been damaged (broken/glued). I zoomed in on the listing pics to confirm and could see evidence of the break (and glue!), but this was not disclosed in the description during auction. I’ve given this seller a NEUTRAL feedback only because he didn’t give me a hard time re: a refund when I let him know I was not happy. Had he given me a hard time re: a refund, I’d have given a NEGATIVE feedback for selling me broken/repaired piece and not disclosing it.
