    Excellent seller!!! She mailed the package in less than 24 hours but the USps did not track the package for 8 days! I contacted the seller and she opened up a a request about the problem to USPS. She was so willing to help me and because of her help I received my package today! The doll is in beautiful condition and as always it was packed beautifully!!     Arrived safely and as described. This shop is amazing such great quality items and reasonably priced. I have bought quite a few items from Shapem and all are in excellent condition, clean and well packaged. Ascendia as a postal service however is pretty ordinary. This has nothing to do with the seller, but perhaps a different delivery company maybe necessary.
