Two different chairs were offered in the same listing and I ordered the wrong one. My fault. Wanted to exchange it for the other one, but free return shipping wasn't offered so I have to keep it. I don't feel positive about the whole thing but will leave positive feedback because it wasn't their fault. Small company can't afford free returns so make sure you order the correct one.

It arrived on time, and packaging was good. I still haven’t been able to put it together. The instructions are just small images. There are no words or steps to describe how to put the kennel together. So, yes, I would say worse than IKEA. That is how I have been describing it to everyone.

got it fairly fast, looks good, but the box was pretty much destroyed, held together with a lot of tape
