  **** Seller Stops Communication / Cancels Purchase *** Bid on item, noted “Local Pickup” in bid notes. Seller accepted bid, but was charged shipping by auto pay system. Informed seller wasn’t expecting shipping charge. Seller replies 11/13 “We will figure it out…let me get back to you this evening with the details if that’s ok, thanks.” Sent msg to seller 11/15 “Never heard back from you?”. Seller issues refund 11/17. Buyer never requested refund nor received any msgs from Seller after 11/13.
