I ordered on the 24th today is the end of day 27th it is not yet shipped. It is supposed to arrive between the 28th and the 30th. My question is why is it not yet shipped? I don't understand why it is so hard to leave feedback on eBay I'm just trying to figure out when the item will ship and when I will get it. But every time I try to contact the seller it gives me the runaround is that I cannot talk them yet even though they have not shipped my item three days after purchase

My ebay address is a PO box . The seller shipped to a house by UPS . I got the info by calling UPS & waiting on hold for 45 minutes . UPS shows a proof of delivery picture of a package at someone's front door . He should have shipped to my PO box address by USPS , postal service , but did not & now I do not have it . I have sent 3 messages , gotten no responses , & no refund . In all my many years as an ebayer this is the first negative feedback I have ever given . All I want now is a refund .
