  I won an auction item at $5. When I received the package, it turned out to be the wrong item. Inside the case of the wrong item, there was a receipt from a store that they had recently visited which showed they purchased "my" item for $8 and the incorrect item for $5. The seller and I arranged a return and refund. They said they would arrange to send me the correct item, but I have not heard from them in a week. Was I purposely sent the wrong item so the seller could avoid profit loss?
