  Shipping was not fast, stated it was shipped on a particular date when in fact it was shipped a number of days later. Meaning that a label was created but it wasn’t sent out then. Not a huge issue, it just didn’t arrive in the expected window which was challenging because it was a gift. The shoes and packaging were all in good condition. Overall satisfied enough with purchase and I would purchase through them again. Price was good too.
