    great seller!!! was very happy that they imdiatly sent me another as i requested as most just want to refund then you have to reorder item. since our lovely usps obviously lost the first one, it made it half way to me then the tracking just stopped, but the seller imediatley sent another he deserves 10 stars but our postal service a 0, i recieved the scond one fast and quality is great! thanks!!!

    Once I opened the box, the items were not what I thought I had purchased. I didn't like the items I contacted Seller and let me know that I wanted to return item. I only had the item for 3 days before I contact Seller to return item. Seller asked if I would accept $7 dollars as a refund and keep the item. I rejected Seller's offer and asked him to provide a return shipping label. Seller didn't provide a return shipping label, so I asked for Ebay customer service to get involved. Ebay resolved it

    We simply guided you on how to mark the return. When you contacted eBay customer service, the return shipping label upload deadline hadn't passed yet, so your assumption that we wouldn't provide a label was incorrect. We offered a partial refund as an option to resolve the matter quickly, but since you rejected it and requested a return, we were prepared to assist. The fact that eBay had to step in doesn’t change the fact that we were willing to work with you on the return process.
