  With out a dought these guys are hands down the best place for all your trailer needs .I had an order that was delayed due to shipper and these guys overnighter a new order even tho it wasn't their fault .they contacted me as soon as shipper posted delay and asked me if I wanted refund or new ones sent .I recieved them right away .I have 4 trailers and with the quality and phenomenal customer service I will be ordering all new parts for all of them .

  I am leaving a positive feed back even though things happen atleast they were able to answer back promptly and resolve this matter at hand. I am glad it is resolved and a refund was issued immediately for the full purchase price. Rest assure that if anything goes wrong with your product they will do whatever it takes to make it right and that is what you want when you purchase products from an Ebay Seller like this one when things dont go according to plan.
