  The photo used to sell looks like it's a package with the disc inside. Instead I got a piece of paper with the link and product key on it. I opened the link...the process was a bit confusing because initially it appeared I was downloading MS365, which I really didn't want. But in a series of good communications with the seller it was explained that in the process of downloading I could choose between MS Office Ste. 2022 or MS365...So I installed Office Ste. All good now. Works perfectly.

I am very happy with this purchase. It was easy to install and is working perfectly. It did arrive late, but the seller had no control over the route the shipping company used to get the item to me (from California to Oregon, on to Oklahoma and back to Oregon where I live). I highly recommend this seller.
