    I showed interest on 18000 btu on Sunday ,on Monday the seller took a $100 off so I countered offered an additional $50 off witch was accepted Tuesday morning so I ordered the unit. Friday the unit was delivered to my home but I was not home so on Monday FedEx delivered the product. I thought I had awesome service from E-Bay and FedEx. Happy with service and delivery time.

    Only 4 stars because. FedEx delivered it upside down. I have to blame both the shipper and the seller. No where on the box did it say this side up. Why would it be shipped with the both the inside and outside units in the same box. So the heavier outside unit was sitting on top of the inside unit. To say nothing of the compressor also being upside down. I sure hope this thing works when I can get it installed. I have inspected the inside unit to make sure it wasn't smashed or broken. Appears ok
